Job Description

A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar, Gujarat is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its nursing team.

The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient-care skills and the ability to work effectively in a hospital setting. Candidates with 1–3 years of hospital experience are preferred, while freshers with the required qualification are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall clinical condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors and consultants during examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.




Conduct regular patient rounds and report any changes in patient condition.
Assist with admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
Ensure proper infection-control and patient-safety practices.
Coordinate with doctors, Medical Officers and other healthcare professionals.
Provide support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient-care areas.
Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols and safety standards.
Work rotational shifts as required.

Eligibility
GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
1–3 years of hospital experience preferred.
Freshers may also apply.
Experience in IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT or other hospital departments will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid patient-care attitude and clinical responsibility.
