Maintain and update Daily Status Reports (DSR) for all import shipments.
Provide regular shipment updates to customers regarding arrival, clearance, and delivery status.
Prepare and process Delivery Orders (D/O) in coordination with shipping lines and customers.
Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance of import consignments.
Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for document clarification and shipment discrepancies.
Verify import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and other required documents.
Ensure timely follow-up for document submission and clearance approvals.
Resolve customer queries related to shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery schedules.




Maintain accurate records of shipment files and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
