HR Intern – Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our HR team in Gurugram. The role will be focused primarily on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have completed at least one internship in HR/Recruitment and should have practical experience using Naukri for candidate sourcing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
Search for relevant profiles using Naukri and effective keywords
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Contact candidates and conduct initial HR screening
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any field
Minimum 1 internship experience in HR/Recruitment
Prior hands-on experience with Naukri is mandatory
Valuable understanding of basic recruitment and candidate sourcing
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
Comfortable working in a target-oriented recruitment setting
