About the Role

NIIB Institute is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, payments, and receipts.
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Manage bank reconciliation and regular account reconciliation.
Monitor expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Coordinate with management, auditors, CA, and other departments.
Ensure timely processing of payments and accounting entries.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
Ensure accounting entries and financial data are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements




3–6 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in education, training institutes, multi-branch organizations, or service-sector businesses will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
