Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Morni hills, haryana

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Manager for a small Ayurvedic center in Morni. The person should be able to manage daily operations, staff, guest handling, bookings, housekeeping, maintenance coordination and basic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day hotel operations smoothly.
Handle guest check in, check out and customer queries
Supervise housekeeping, front desk and support staff
Ensure rooms, common areas and facilities are clean and well maintained
Manage online and offline bookings
Coordinate with vendors, electricians, plumbers and other service providers when needed
Track daily expenses, collections and basic accounts
Maintain guest records and ensure proper documentation
Improve guest experience and help increase occupancy
Report daily updates to the owner





Requirements
Prior hotel, guest house or hospitality management experience preferred
Valuable communication skills
Honest, reliable and disciplined
Able to manage staff and handle guests politely
Basic computer and mobile app knowledge required
Knowledge of OTA platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com or Agoda will be preferred
Local candidates from Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Panchkula or nearby areas preferred

Salary

₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Incentive can be discussed based on occupancy, reviews and performance.
