We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and client-focused skilled to join us as Manager – Client Relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and developing long-term business relationships.

Position

Manager – Client Relations

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and service requirements.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial, investment, and insurance solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Handle client queries, requests, renewals, documentation, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.
Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client relationships.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.




Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Prepare client reports, proposals, and business updates as required.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA preferred.
0–2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a skilled attitude.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic digital tools.
