We are looking for an energetic and guest-friendly Guest Activities Executive to conduct and coordinate recreational activities for resort guests and ensure they have an enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily activities and recreational programs for resort guests.
Engage guests and encourage participation in activities.
Organize indoor and outdoor games and guest entertainment activities.
Conduct suitable activities for children, families, and groups.
Explain activity rules and ensure guests participate safely.
Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere during activities.
Coordinate the activity schedule as assigned.
Ensure all activity areas and equipment are kept ready and organized.
Interact professionally with guests and assist with their activity-related requirements.

Requirements




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
Comfortable interacting with guests of different age groups.
Ability to conduct and manage guest activities confidently.
Basic knowledge of indoor and outdoor games is preferred.
Previous experience in a resort, hotel, recreation, or guest activities role is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
