ABOUT OJA:
Oja is a recent pre-launch premium D2C body-care and fragrance brand built on the belief that body care deserves the same attention, intention, and sophistication as facial skincare. We combine high-performance formulations with elevated, sensorial fragrances and a distinctive visual identity designed for the up-to-date Indian consumer.

This is a foundational creative hire who will help shape how Oja looks, feels, and communicates across social media, digital advertising, website, product launches, and brand campaigns.

WHAT THEY’LL DO:
Design creatives for social media, Meta Ads, website banners, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms
Edit reels, short-form videos, product content, campaign films, and performance-marketing creatives
Create static posts, carousels, thumbnails, motion graphics, presentations, and other brand assets
Translate Oja’s identity into a consistent, premium, and recognisable visual language
Add transitions, subtitles, sound design, effects, product call-outs, and trend-relevant editing styles




Adapt creative concepts across different hooks, formats, dimensions, and performance-marketing requirements
Use AI tools for ideation, storyboarding, image and video generation, visual experimentation, and content adaptation
Support content ideation, shoot planning, mood boards, shot lists, and campaign visualisation
Manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining quality and meeting quick turnaround timelines
Organise raw footage, editable files, templates, brand assets, and final deliverables

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative content production, preferably within beauty, personal care, D2C, FMCG, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle
Solid proficiency in static design and video-editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Edits, InShot, VN, or similar platform
