Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and skilled networks.
Conduct phone and structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background verification, and offer negotiations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.




Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
Robust sourcing, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience with recruitment software/ATS and up-to-date sourcing techniques.
Proactive, detail-oriented, ethical, and results-driven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
