We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), strong knowledge of MySQL, and solid command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade desktop applications, define architectural standards, mentor junior developers, and ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of WPF-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and development of complex WPF desktop applications.

• Design scalable solutions using MVVM architecture pattern.
Create reusable WPF components, custom controls, and resource dictionaries.
Optimize UI performance and memory management in large-scale applications.

• Implement advanced data binding techniques, commands, and behaviors.

• Ensure proper separation of concerns and adherence to SOLID principles.
Design and optimize MySQL databases, schemas, indexing,



and query performance.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for technical solutioning

Technical Expertise Required

.NET & C#
Solid hands-on experience in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
Deep understanding of OOPS concepts:

o Encapsulation

o Abstraction
Inheritance

o Polymorphism
Strong understanding of SOLID principles
Experience in multithreading, async/await, and task-based programming
Knowledge of memory management and performance tuning WPF (Mandatory Solid Expertise Required)
Advanced knowledge of:

o XAML

o Data Binding (OneWay, TwoWay, MultiBinding, PriorityBinding)
