RM- Collection
Relationship Manager - Micro Finance (Collection) will be responsible for managing the portfolio of microfinance clients with a focus on Non-Performing Assets (Collection)).
This role involves overseeing the recovery and resolution of OD accounts, maintaining solid relationships with borrowers, and ensuring that collection efforts are productive and compliant with the companys policies.
The position also includes identifying risks and providing proactive solutions to minimize OD while maintaining healthy client relationships.red candidate profile
