Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
Handle audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables.
Review MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure proper accounting controls and accuracy of financial records.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Oversee and guide the accounts team.
Handle accounting software/ERP systems such as Odoo, Tally, or similar platforms.
Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and cost-control initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good command of Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and financial accuracy.
