Manage overall factory operations and production activities.
Plan and achieve daily production targets.
Manage manpower, machines, raw materials, and production schedules.
Monitor quality, productivity, and wastage.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, HR, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain daily production and MIS reports.
Ensure safety, discipline, and company policies are followed.
Resolve operational issues and report performance to management.
Lead and motivate the factory team to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
