We are looking for an Automation SME who will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across IT processes. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing IT processes and systems to identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Lead technical workshops and provide SME-level guidance to team members.
Mentor junior resources and support them in understanding automation best practices.
Collaborate with operations, development, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.
Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance,



and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts, workflows, and tools.
Stay updated with emerging automation trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automation (IT process automation, scripting, workflow automation).
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as End User Support, ITSM, Network, Server, Cloud, Virtualization.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Shell, or similar.
Experience with automation tools or frameworks.
Valuable understanding of ITIL processes and operational workflows.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
