Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for the Group.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation across institutions.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for loans and funding requirements.
Oversee investments, treasury operations, and financial risk management.
Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and analysis to the Management/Board.
Drive cost optimization, financial controls, and effective fund utilization.
