We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/WhatsApp interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions.
