Job Responsibilities
Visit patients' homes to collect blood and other diagnostic samples.
Perform venipuncture and blood collection safely and professionally.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, handling, and transportation of samples.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards during sample collection.
Handle sample collection equipment and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Coordinate with the laboratory/team for timely sample submission.
Maintain accurate records of patient details and collected samples.
Provide a skilled and courteous experience to patients during home visits.
Follow the assigned daily route and complete collections within the scheduled time.
Report any collection-related issues or sample abnormalities to the concerned team.
Requirements
DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy certification or relevant medical qualification.
1–3 years of experience in blood/sample collection preferred.
Valuable knowledge of venipuncture and sample-handling procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable travelling to patients' homes for sample collection.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple visits in a day.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
