Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and motivated HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting organizational growth while ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operations
Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems.
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and organizational HR policies.
Assist in HR audits, reporting, and policy implementation.

Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage job postings on portals, social media, and skilled networks.
Conduct onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees.




Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS.

Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and supplies.
Support internal communication, event coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and general office management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and administration.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (Generalist role preferred).
