Job Purpose & Scope:

Accounting & reporting accuracy
Timely payables & receivables
Adherence to compliance
Ensuring service level(SLA) compliance of outsourcing partner

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plant accounting and financial activities.
Prepare P&L;, cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, RM/WIP/FG, and stock reconciliation.
Handle fixed assets, CapEx, depreciation, and asset verification.
Support monthly/annual closing, audits, and statutory compliance
Monitor AP, accruals, provisions, and plant expenses.
Analyze production efficiency, material consumption, wastage, and operating costs.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Maintain accurate records and reports in SAP

Education:
Graduate

Experience:
8+ years of experience

Skills & Competencies:
In depth understanding of accounting concepts
Able to manage decentralized teams
