Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per recipes.
Maintain valuable taste, quality, and presentation.
Take customer orders and assist with menu suggestions.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
Keep the beverage area clean and hygienic.
Check and manage beverage ingredients and stock.
Support counter and outlet operations when required.
Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
