Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef 3 to join our hotel kitchen team. The candidate will assist in preparing Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Chinese dishes including noodles, rice, soups, sauces, and stir-fry items.
Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Manage mise en place and ensure proper ingredient handling.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow food safety standards and standard recipes.
Support the kitchen team during service.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Chinese cuisine preferred.
Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced hotel kitchen.
Positive teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
