Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help Claf Advertising acquire current clients and build long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, understand client requirements, pitch marketing solutions, generate leads, conduct meetings and close deals.





This is a target-driven sales role with robust growth and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients across Pune and other markets.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking, references and field visits.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing, branding and advertising services.

Client Acquisition & Sales
Connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers and decision-makers.
Understand the client's business, marketing requirements and challenges.
Pitch relevant Claf Advertising services based on client requirements.
Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for customized pitches.
Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into paying clients.
