Dazzle N Grace is a premium women’s fashion boutique known for its elegant collection of ethnic wear, western wear, handbags, jewellery, and fashion accessories. We are looking for a passionate, confident, and customer-oriented Female Showroom Manager cum Sales Executive to independently manage our showroom and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Welcome customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Handle billing, inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Maintain showroom presentation and ensure high standards of cleanliness and display.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or showroom sales.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling the showroom independently.
Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and computer operations.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Salary & Advantages
₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and calibre)
