Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Weekends included
Weekly Off: 1 weekday
Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and provide excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home décor and furnishing products.
Follow up with leads generated through the store and other channels.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Handle order processing and maintain effective customer communication.
Maintain excellent store condition, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with inventory management, stock checking, and product organization.
Properly stack and display products for sale.
Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
Process payments and accurately record sales through cash registers/POS systems.
Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Retail Sales.
Candidates with a robust sales background are preferred.
Diploma or Graduate qualification.
Valuable English communication skills are required.
Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
Ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Prior experience in home décor, furniture, furnishing, or retail will be an added advantage.
Compensation
