We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable candidates from the education sector to join our team as an Academic Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding online education programs, credit transfer services, and academic prospects. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling
Guide students about online education programs and credit transfer opportunities.
Understand students’ academic background and career goals.
Recommend suitable courses, universities, or programs.

Admissions Support
Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and credit transfer procedures.




Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.

Lead Management
Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Maintain proper records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems.

Relationship Management
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Provide continuous support until admission is completed.

Documentation & Coordination
Collect required documents from students for credit transfer and admission processing.
Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
