Role & responsibilities
7+ years of experience in the design, development, and support of large-scale web-based systems, with exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
At least 3 years of experience in cross-platform application development.
Robust server-side programming experience with Java, Servlets, and JSP.
Strong understanding of workplace management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Experience in software testing, including Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Comfortable working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Strong background in the design and development of large-scale web-based systems and/or complete software product lifecycle exposure.




Experience with life insurance system development projects is a strong advantage.
