Roles and Responsibility:
PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water
and wastewater treatment systems.
Hands-on Experience of Programming of Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC, HMI SCADA System
is a must (ControlLogix, RSLogix5000, FactoryTalk View-Machine Edition or Site Edition;
TIA Portal etc.).
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs;, Process design guidelines,
Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best
practices guides.
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively
seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications.
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator
and equipment safety in mind.
Manage within the defined budget, scope and schedule of a project and report risks and
prospects to project managers in a timely manner.
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resourcesfor projects as
needed.
Communicate in a formal, qualified, and technical manner to various audiences.
Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting
and issue resolution.
Establish, maintain, implement and follow Veolia standard practices for programming.
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies will be a value
