Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Assist the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Handle preparation of noodles, fried rice, stir-fried dishes, soups, sauces, appetizers, and other Chinese specialties.
Ensure proper mise en place before service.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
Follow standardized recipes and portion-control procedures.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and kitchen.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
