Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, statutory compliance, vendor payments, internal controls, and team management. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and the ability to drive financial efficiency while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L;) reports.
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
Oversee bookkeeping, POS reconciliation, cash handling, and inventory accounting.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain audit-ready financial records and coordinate with auditors.
Implement internal financial controls and improve accounting processes.
Analyze financial data and provide business insights to management.
Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team.




Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CMA/CA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Experience in team handling, vendor management, and financial controls, AI Tools.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Salary & Advantages
Net Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
