We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced qualified to lead our Regulatory Reporting team, focusing on MiFID. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory reporting and be able to manage a team effectively.
Roles and Responsibility
Lead the development and implementation of regulatory reporting strategies under MiFID.
Manage and supervise a team of professionals responsible for regulatory reporting.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Provide guidance and support to team members on regulatory reporting matters.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of MiFID regulations and their application in financial institutions.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading regulatory reporting projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
