Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Executive – Industrial Marketing who will be responsible for visiting industrial customers, generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

The candidate should be comfortable with daily field visits to industries, factories, plants and industrial areas and should have valuable communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to industrial customers, factories and manufacturing units.
Identify and generate recent leads and business opportunities.
Visit customers and understand their product requirements, technical requirements and purchase needs.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Production, Stores and Engineering departments.
Generate enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and offers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, trials, orders and payments.
Collect customer and market information including competitor activities, pricing and product requirements.
Coordinate product demonstrations and trials at customer sites whenever required.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly visit and lead-generation targets.
Explore recent industrial customers and expand the company's customer base.
Submit regular field visit reports and provide feedback to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
