A Welder Fabricator builds, assembles, and repairs metal parts and structures using tools and high-heat equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, cutting and shaping metal, running MIG, TIG, or Arc welds, and checking finished work for safety and strength.

Key Responsibilities
Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan work.
Cut and shape metal using saws, drills, and torches.
Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Arc/Stick) in different positions.
Inspect welds and parts for cracks, flaws, or wrong sizes.
Repair and maintain broken metal items or shop machines.
Clean and grind metal surfaces for a smooth finish.
Follow safety rules and wear safety gear.

Required Skills
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
Skill with tools like grinders, cutters, and drills.
Valuable eye for detail and solid hands.Qualifications
Education: Technical school certificate or ITI in Welder/Fabricator.
Experience: 1 to 4 years working in a shop, factory, or construction site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
