Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) FMCG Business to lead the organization's FMCG business across domestic and international markets.

The role will have end-to-end responsibility for business growth, P&L;, market expansion, channel development, brand development, customer strategy and overall business performance across both offline and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record of building and scaling FMCG businesses, developing high-performing teams, expanding market presence and creating sustainable value across multiple geographies and channels.

The CEO will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will work closely with the Board / MD to develop and execute the organization's long-term FMCG growth strategy.

Business Leadership & P&L; Ownership
Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the FMCG business.
Own the P&L; and overall financial performance of the business.




Develop and execute the annual and long-term business strategy.
Identify opportunities for profitable growth, market expansion and business diversification.
Drive revenue growth, contribution margins, profitability and overall business value.
Establish business objectives, performance metrics and accountability across the organization.
Ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives across functions.

Develop and execute strategies for strengthening the company's presence across domestic and international markets.
Identify current geographies, markets, customer segments and business prospects.
Develop market-entry strategies for new territories and categories.
Build sustainable international business models and partnerships.
