About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Electrical to manage and supervise electrical construction activities for CHESCOM and KPTCL projects involving 220kV/110kV/66kV Sub-Stations, EHT Lines and Underground Cable Works.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, equipment erection, cable laying, testing and commissioning, material management, ROW coordination and liaison with department engineers to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities




Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical construction activities at project sites.
Execute construction works for 220kV/110kV/66kV Sub-Stations and transmission lines.
Supervise erection and installation of electrical equipment, including:
Power Transformers
CTs
PTs
Isolators
Circuit Breakers
Other substation equipment
Monitor UG cable and control cable laying activities.
Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
Supervise construction of 220kV/110kV/66kV transmission lines.
Monitor tower foundation and related civil works for transmission lines.
Supervise conductor stringing and other line construction activities.
Maintain proper material accounting, reconciliation and site records.
Coordinate with department engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve Right of Way (ROW) issues in coordination with the concerned authorities.
Supervise 110kV/66kV UG cable laying, testing and comm
