Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Functional Health Check assessments through calls, community outreach and on-ground engagement.
Engage with prospective customers — explain Aarolife's offering clearly, answer questions, and guide them toward booking an assessment.
Identify and approach residential communities (apartments/RWAs) to organise community Functional Health Check sessions.
Coordinate logistics for community assessment sessions — scheduling, RWA approvals, on-ground setup with the care team.
Follow up consistently with leads and past enquiries to convert interest into booked assessments.
Maintain a straightforward, organised record of leads, follow-ups and conversions (Google Sheets/CRM).
Share feedback from customers and communities with the founders to help improve outreach.
Ideal Candidate
Freshers welcome — up to 6 months of work experience (internships count).
Any graduate; background in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada required; Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam is a robust plus.
Comfortable making calls and speaking with people face-to-face.
Confident, friendly communication style — this role is about building trust with families and community committees, not hard selling.
Organised and reliable with follow-ups — most conversions come from consistent nudging, not the first call.
Willing to travel locally within Bangalore for community sessions.
Comfortable with basic tools — Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, phone-based outreach.
A genuine interest in healthcare and healthy ageing is an advantage.
