Role Overview- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with robust analytical and troubleshooting skills. The ideal Male candidate should have hands-on experience in networking and industrial communication systems, along with the ability to support customers effectively.

TCP/IP, LAN/WAN Networking
Industrial Ethernet Switches, Media Converters, Fiber optics & Networking Accessories, etc. (Basic Knowledge)
Serial Communication (RS232/RS485/RS422)
Strong Communication & Troubleshooting Skills
Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability

Responsibilities-
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via remote access
Collaborate with Service Desk & Support teams
Replicate issues in lab setting for analysis
Deploy and test solutions as per requirements
Maintain technical documentation and reports
Analyse logs and provide effective resolutions

Requirements-
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Electronics / Instrumentation)
Robust verbal & written communication skills
Ability to interact with global customers
Problem-solving and analytical mind-set
