We are looking for an experienced MST / Handyman to handle day-to-day electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance activities at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC maintenance.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
Attend to electrical wiring, lighting, fixtures, water leakage and minor repair work.
Handle basic LT/HT panel and transformer-related maintenance activities.
Carry out basic repair and adjustment of doors, furniture, locks, wheels and other fixtures.
Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly.
Coordinate with other technicians/vendors for maintenance activities.
Maintain proper records of repairs and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant technical trade.
2–4 years of experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or similar industry.
Positive hands-on knowledge of multi-skilled maintenance/handyman work.
Electrical license/certification will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
