Technical Skills :
Basic knowledge of processes related to Oil & Gas./Refinery/Petrochemicals
Line sizing including liquid and vapor line sizing.
Pump Hydraulic calculations including NPSH & head calculations.
Relief valve sizing based on APL STD 520/521.
Developing /updating process flow diagrams including Heat & Mass balance calculations.
Developing/updating P&IDs;
Equipment sizing & preparing process datasheets for Heat Exchangers, Atmospheric storage tanks, Distillation columns, Pumps, Compressors, Filters, Dryers , package units(e.g., N2 , generation plant, Fired heaters, Compressed air plants, Steam boiler, Water treatment plants)
Preparing instrument process data sheets for pressure, flow, temperature & level instruments.
Preparing other process drawings/calculations such as utility summary, line list, equipment list, electrical load list.
Participating in HAZOPs and safety studies
Lead and contribute to the development, review,



and optimization of process engineering designs for oil and gas facilities, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Conduct process simulations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure productive and safe operations.

Software/System Skills :
ASPEN,HYSYS,HTFS,FLARENET
Understanding of codes and standards like API,ASME,BS, ANSI,TEMA

Special Skills :
Valuable Communication in English (Written & Spoken) and Presentation Skills.
Experience in Multi Discipline engineering setting.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in process engineering for the oil and gas sector.
