Your Profile
Lead end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter upgrade projects, including assessment, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Define upgrade strategies, technical roadmaps, workplace planning, and risk mitigation approaches.
Analyze existing Teamcenter landscapes and identify upgrade impacts across customizations, integrations, workflows, and data models.
Lead system compatibility assessments for Teamcenter, Active Workspace, CAD integrations, operating systems, databases, and application servers.
Coordinate upgrade activities across business, technical, infrastructure, and support teams.
Develop upgrade runbooks,



deployment plans, rollback strategies, and cutover procedures.
Drive solution validation through unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
Review and remediate Teamcenter customizations, BMIDE extensions, workflows, and reports to ensure compatibility with target versions.
Manage workplace refreshes, migration activities, and production deployment schedules.
Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
Ensure adherence to governance, security, performance, and compliance standards.
Provide guidance and mentoring to development, support, and administration teams.

Your Role
Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
Robust experience leading Teamcenter upgrade, migration, and modernization programs.
