Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SQL Developer / Analyst to join our team and take a leading role in implementing robust data solutions for our clients. The SQL Developer / Analyst, will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL, pipelines, databases, and related applications within the accounting domain. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, and team members to analyze requirements, suggest process methodologies, and deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows across multiple platforms, including Snowflake
Implement data models and schemas to support business requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data engineering support for analytics initiatives




Ensure data quality and implement data validation and cleansing techniques
Monitor and optimize data pipelines and database performance for productive data processing and retrieval
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and availability
Implement and maintain data security and access controls
Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes
Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and process documentation
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
Must have in-depth knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries
Must have experience in development: Data modeling and analysis based on business requirements
