Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Assistant Product Manager to manage our animal nutrition and feed additive product portfolio, drive product growth, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop product strategies, positioning, and marketing plans.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Manage product launches and the complete product lifecycle.
Develop product presentations, technical literature, and marketing materials.
Provide product training and technical support to the sales team.
Coordinate with R&D;, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality teams.




Gather market and customer feedback for product improvement and NPD.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and product profitability.
Support veterinary meets, distributor engagements, and promotional activities.

Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Feed Additives, Animal Health, or allied industries.
B.V.Sc/M.V.Sc, Animal Husbandry, Life Sciences, or related qualification.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Robust communication, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel for market visits and customer engagements.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
