We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Make regular follow-up calls to customers and prospects.
Track customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction.
Maintain qualified communication with customers at all times.
Build and maintain solid client relationship.
Follow up with clients and solve their queries as per their requirement.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions only after discussion with seniors.
Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
Basic computer knowledge.
