Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within the domestic market.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal database, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
Assess candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out and onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration,



or related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Robust understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Solid stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with IT staffing/consulting firms.
Knowledge of contract and permanent hiring models.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems
