Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular project status meetings to keep the team informed.
Discuss order amendments and ensure all customer approvals and closure of each project
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management
Managing and leading the project to ensure the project execution within set boundaries of scope, time, cost quality.
Internal kick off meetings with cross functional teams external kick off meetings with Client, consultants to set the project baseline, managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
Detailed project planning, monitoring and control with respect to Detail Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning of the project.
Identify/forecasting the critical path activity, schedule risks preparation of action plan, look ahead plan, catch up plans responsibility allocation for mitigation on a weekly basis.
