This is a high-impact sales job role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for discerning buyers of handcrafted sarees, suits, and artisanal fashion. What We re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in handloom, handicrafts, or ethnic women s wear retail
Strong understanding of Indian fabrics, weaving techniques, and craft-based products
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a European language (French German etc) is a bonus
Proven ability in customer engagement, sales conversion, and client relationship management
Experience in training junior sales staff and handling customer escalations
Familiarity with retail POS systems and sales software is preferred
