About the Role

Mobolutions is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager Human Resources to lead the end-to-end HR function and drive strategic people initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for partnering with business leadership to build a high-performance culture, strengthen organizational capability, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise across the entire HR lifecycle, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Perks, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Business Partnering
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy.
Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives.




Develop people strategies that improve business performance and employee engagement.

Talent Management
Lead talent acquisition strategy for critical leadership and niche positions.
Design and implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
Develop employee retention strategies and career progression frameworks.
Build competency frameworks and capability development initiatives.

Performance Management
Drive the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
Establish performance improvement frameworks and talent calibration processes.
Coach managers on performance conversations and employee development.

Compensation & Perks
Design and review compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs.
Partner with leadership to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
