We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Sales, Billing & Delivery Executive to handle day-to-day sales, billing, customer orders, and product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and sales
Prepare bills and invoices accurately
Receive and process customer orders
Pack and arrange products for delivery
Deliver orders safely and on time
Collect payments when required
Maintain basic sales and delivery records
Assist with stock checking and other day-to-day shop activities
Provide friendly and qualified service to customers
Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates from the Kanjikuzhi, Kottayam area.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle billing accurately
Valid two-wheeler driving licence
Willingness to travel for local deliveries
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
Previous experience in sales/billing/delivery will be an advantage
