Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to lead the design and architecture of our next-generation
software solutions. As a Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving technical
decisions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Beyond technical depth, we re looking for
someone who is highly analytical able to reason through ambiguous, real-world scenarios and land on
sound, well-justified solutions and who actively brings up-to-date AI-assisted engineering practices into
day-to-day work to accelerate delivery.
What you ll be doing
Define and drive the technical architecture of our software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Analyze ambiguous, real-world scenarios and translate them into explicit architectural options, weighing trade-offs (cost, scalability, time-to-market, risk)



before recommending a path forward.
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement microservices architectures for seamless integration and optimal performance.
Leverage your expertise in cloud technologies like AWS to design and implement solutions that enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Champion the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) across the team to speed up design, coding, testing, and review without compromising quality or security.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code through best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet business needs.
Focus on achieving high system uptime, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain reliability
