About the Role

Leverage Edu is looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to join our Noida team.

The role involves counselling Indian candidates regarding career and employment prospects in Germany/EU, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant opportunities and converting interested candidates.

This is a sales and counselling-focused role that requires strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with and counsel Indian candidates interested in Germany/EU career opportunities.
Understand candidates' career goals, requirements and expectations.
Explain overseas employment opportunities, growth opportunities,



lifestyle and financial benefits.
Guide candidates regarding suitable opportunities and programs.
Promote relevant German language training programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails and in-person meetings.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads and conversions in CRM tools.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
Contribute to overall business growth and team targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling or related fields.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication and convincing skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Robust interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
