Accountant -

Looking for a person who has at least 1 year of experience as an accountant:-

The following shall be a part of job:-
Maintain complete day-to-day books of accounts in Tally
Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses
Maintain proper ledgers, vouchers, invoices and supporting documentation
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare customer outstanding reports and coordinate payment follow-ups
Maintain vendor outstanding and payment schedules
Prepare and verify GST-related workings and reconciliations
Assist with GST return filing and compliance
Calculate and maintain records for TDS deductions and payments
Coordinate with the CA / tax consultant for GST, TDS, income tax,



audits and statutory requirements
Maintain purchase and expense documentation
Handle banking entries, cheque records and online payment documentation
Maintain petty cash and reconcile cash transactions
Track expenses and highlight unusual or unnecessary expenditure
Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated and properly backed up
Support year-end closing, audit and finalisation of accounts
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and business information
